SASH is owned and operated by the people who will look after your pet. We are committed to compassionate quality care for you and your pet. We have chosen our staff because of their impressive skills and caring and approachable nature. SASH is dedicated to you, your pet, your referring vet and the veterinary profession as a whole.

Our philosophy is to provide a true team approach to the care of your pets from our warm and caring receptionists through to our highly trained nurses, residents and interns and a group of dedicated specialists. Our Specialist Services include general medicine and surgery, ophthalmology, neurology and anaesthesia. Our hospital offers many services including on-site ultrasound with doppler, digital radiography, helical computed tomography (CT), endoscopy and purpose built surgical theatres with state of the art equipment for bone and joint surgery, soft tissue surgery and eye surgery such as cataract removal. SASH also has access to Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) facilities.

Since opening SASH has been a proactive member of the veterinary community participating in oncology research with EnGeneIc and has been instrumental in investigating food toxicities such as acquired Fanconi’s syndrome in dogs and Orijen® associated leukoencephalopathy in cats by working closely with Sydney University's Faculty of Veterinary Science and referring veterinarians. We are committed to providing the highest standard of veterinary care to your pets by fostering close collaboration between your primary vet and our hospital.
