Dr Allyson Groth


Dr Allyson Groth graduated with honours from the University of Melbourne in 2006. She then completed a one-year internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital at Colorado State University. Allyson was then accepted into a three-year residency program in Comparative Ophthalmology at the William R. Pritchard Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital at the University of California, Davis.

Her professional interests include species adaptations for vision in differing environments (sea, land and air), management of feline herpesvirus, neurophthalmology and intraocular surgery.
