Dr Catriona (Cait) Hope graduated from the University of Sydney in 2009 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science. After working in general practice in Sydney for a couple of years she started as an emergency veterinarian at SASH North Ryde in 2013. She worked as an emergency clinician in Queensland in 2015 before returning to SASH North Ryde.
In 2017 Dr Cait obtained her Graduation Certificate in Emergency and Critical Care through the University of Melbourne with Honours.
She relocated to the Central Coast in 2018 for the full time opening of the emergency service at SASH Central Coast, and has been working as an emergency veterinarian and as Clinical Manager of the Emergency Team at Tuggerah since. She is currently studying to sit her membership examinations in Emergency and Critical Care, and has completed post graduate modules in soft tissue surgery as well as ultrasonography.
Cait has two cheeky Yorkshire terriers, Pippin and Charlie who love their new home near the beach on the Central Coast.
